Greek Grappa (Tsipouro) is a strong distilled spirit containing approximately 45 percent alcohol, normally consumed by large Greek men w/ hairy knuckles. (I think John snuck this to-do on our list without me noticing.) Hmm…

After a long day of installing for Art of the Danforth (more to come about this BIG festival later), we and co-curator, Annie, stopped by a Greek restaurant in the neighbourhood to unwind over a couple glasses of this potent elixir.
