110) Eat a traditional South American meal 12 May 2012

[Hurrah! Our pictures have been saved. Sorry for the delay. John’s laptop is now up and running. We’ll be posting the remainder of our completed to-do’s from Peru over the course of the weekend…]

I am curious about two things:
What kind of fish is it?
What food is underneath the fish?
    I have more than two:
    Is the green vegetable okra?
What food is to the right of the cauliflower?

Yeah we’re pretty bad….we don’t actually remember the name of this dish (or the others we ate), hence our vague blog post.
      but to answer your questions:
What kind of fish is it?
      -Trout!
What food is underneath the fish?
      -An assortment of Veg!
      Is the green vegetable okra?
Maybe?! Your guess is as good as ours.
-What food is to the right of the cauliflower?
Good old potato. They have over 300 varieties of potato in Peru.
