Back in March (which feels like forever ago), we planted our first herb garden. A mix of dill, rosemary, garlic chives, sweet basil, all our favourites.
The other night we finally harvested some dill sprigs from our now giant dill plant, and using the butter we made from scratch from that dairy cow we hand-milked, whipped together some creamy dill potatoes over the BBQ.
How’s that for thrifty?
