Yes, yes, I know… we’re getting behind in posting our to-do’s. We’ve done them. It’s posting them that’s the problem. As you can imagine, it takes time to export images off your camera, resize them in Photoshop, upload them to your blog, format the blog, and write something interesting. Not to mention the time it actually takes to do this stuff. Sometimes I look at John and think…..what the hell were we thinking? But most of the time I just fall asleep completely jazzed about all the new things we’ve done and learned.

Anyhow, these next posts will be short and sweet. We’re in the midst of a crazy week (new Labspace projects to launch, John’s brother’s wedding on Saturday, more to-do’s on the list to check off, and a big, crazy adventure that begins on Monday (which I’ll tell you about as soon as I have time.)

For now, check out the goat cheesecake we slapped together the other night. It looks good. It was. But not nearly as good as the cream-cheese stuff.
